This Swansea project focused on refreshing the existing home, enhancing each space while working within the original footprint. The goal was to modernise the interiors, improve functionality, and create a cohesive, updated look throughout.
The entry was revitalised to create a brighter, more welcoming first impression, setting the tone for the updates carried across the home. In the kitchen, upgrades to finishes, cabinetry, and fixtures deliver a clean, contemporary feel while maintaining practicality and flow. The adjoining butler’s pantry, positioned within the laundry, was also refreshed to improve storage and usability, supporting the kitchen without altering its layout.
The bathroom followed the same approach, with considered updates that elevate the space. A focus on quality materials and finishes brings a more modern, functional feel, aligned with the rest of the home.
Outdoors, a new alfresco dining area and decking extend the living space, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out. Designed to complement the existing home, this area offers a relaxed setting for both entertaining and everyday living.
The result is a thoughtful, cohesive renovation that breathes new life into the home.
